Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive – Customer Relationship & Recruitment who will play a dual role in managing nationwide customer relations and coordinating recruitment activities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English , demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, and be comfortable managing both customer interactions and internal recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship: Handle customer complaints, queries, and service requests from across Pan India in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a customer-first approach and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Coordinate and support the Sales Team with necessary customer follow-ups, order updates, and issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools. Recruitment Coordination: Assist the HR department in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process . Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment databases. Coordinate with various departments to identify hiring needs. Maintain candidate records and ensure smooth onboarding processes. General Support: Follow up on leads received from various sources and ensure timely updates to the sales/HR team. Act as a communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and candidates. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in customer service or recruitment coordination will be an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
