The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, managing plant workforce, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include optimizing operational performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and coordinating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives. Qualifications Experience in plant management, production planning, and operational efficiency Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in the construction or prefabrication industry is a plus
