Roles and Responsibilities 1. Design and develop electrical systems, control panels, and wiring diagrams for yarn twister machines.. 2. Select and integrate electrical components such as motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs. 3. Ensure designs comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations. 4. Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and reliability. 5. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards. 6. Work closely with mechanical engineers, Automation Engineer, and production teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and other components. 7. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the assembly and installation of yarn twister machines. 8. Assist in the training of technicians and operators on electrical systems and troubleshooting procedures. 9. Manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. 10. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders. 11. Ensure all electrical designs and systems comply with relevant standards 12. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in electrical systems and processes. 13. Support the preparation of technical manuals and user guides for customers.
