Proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, ensuring seamless user experiences. Adept at installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and monitoring end-user workstations, along with networking peripherals and hardware products. Quick to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to work. Committed to monitoring and responding swiftly to IT helpdesk requests to minimize downtime for users. Additionally, I maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT peripherals including monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, and scanners. Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues escalated by Level 1 support or directly from end users. Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account creation, password resets, group memberships, and access permissions. Support remote users via VPN, RDP, or remote access tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SCCM/Intune. Assist in hardware replacements, imaging systems, and maintaining asset inventory.
