Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Granite Abrasive Tools Location: Martur, Chittoor, Srikakulam, Madanpalli - AP We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage complete field sales of our granite abrasive tools. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and collection targets, analyzing competitor activities, and making independent decisions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to generate new business and strengthen existing customer relationships. Promote and sell granite abrasive tools for grinding, polishing, and cutting applications. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets on a monthly basis. Monitor and report competitor activities to identify market opportunities. Take independent decisions in the field to resolve customer queries and close deals effectively. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports to management. Requirements: Education: Graduate (Engineering/Diploma preferred) Experience: Fresher Or 1–3 years in field sales Experience Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Decision-making ability and problem-solving approach Market awareness and competitor analysis Target-driven and self-motivated Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Language: Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
