Must have worked on at least two MIvan shuttering based high rise (above 17 floors) multi tower apartment project Job Profile: This role will be responsible for following critical functions: Preparing estimation, quantity takeoffs from drawings, analysis of rates in BOQ, checking quantities, inspecting work at site, planning and scheduling of projects and preparing project reports. Must have good communication skill and be computer savvy. Preparing all billing records and marinating them. Ensuring proper entering of bills without errors Ensuring and monitoring RA Bills preparation for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a monthly basis. Providing billing - related information/documents as and when required. Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material Invoices, etc. Material Reconciliation - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess consumption & wastage. Debit Note - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from the site. Contract Role - 6 Months Experience with Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), creating policies for allowing/blocking websites and/or specific types of content and/or applications, managing groups applying different policy sets to different groups. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying Netskope SWG policies following the production change management process is required. Alternate experience with another SWG like Zscaler can be considered. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Contract Role - 6 Months BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) expertise i.e. creation of endpoint (Mac, Windows) policies for allowing/blocking apps, approval workflows, managing groups, applying different policies to different groups, creating exception alerts, reviewing exceptions and providing approval recommendations within the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management tool. For clarity, experience in other BeyondTrust tools like PasswordSafe PAM, Entitle is NOT sufficient. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying BeyondTrust EPM policies following production change management process is required. Senior Site Engineer Location: Nashik(MOKHADA, BORIPADA) Experience: 6+ Years Salary: As per Norms Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Supervise and mentor Junior Engineer/ GET, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate project implementation. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans. Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. Provide and maintain Joint measurement Sheets, Bar bending Schedule, NMRs & Measurement sheet on regular basis. Provide, Maintain and tracking of sub contractors billing as per the requirement. Execute the Site works as per the provided schedule, Tracking Material and Manpower requirement as per the schedule and reporting to the Project In Charge. Maintaining Updated GFC drawings, Pour cards, Checklist and coordinating with the QS for Quantity surveying, RA Billing, JMR's etc.. Working Conditions: This position involves working on construction sites, which may require exposure to varying weather conditions and physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting.
