Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction And Reporting Extract data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Create and maintain comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for different departments, enabling informed decision-making and strategy development. Data Visualizations And Dashboards Develop engaging data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Utilize knowledge of Tableau functions and level of detail expressions to create user-friendly visual representations of complex data sets. Must be capable of managing multiple assignments and ensuring deadlines are met and continuity of work is maintained Must be able to quality check calculations to ensure it was implemented correctly Collaboration And Requirements Gathering Partner with business analysts and project leads to gather and document detailed business requirements. Engage in discussions with business analysts or leads to understand their data needs and that the reporting or dashboard requirements are clear. Clarification And Communication Demonstrate the ability to ask clarifying questions about requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding and alignment between technical and business teams. Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in English Issue Identification And Escalation Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks in project execution and escalate them to project leads in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions.
