Generate bills in accordance with contract terms and ensure timely submission. Prepare detailed quantity-based bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Verify measurement sheets, work completion certificates, and reconcile billing discrepancies. Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for smooth billing approval and payments. Maintain detailed billing records for audit and financial analysis. Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams. Ensure billing aligns with project milestones and work schedules. Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and contract terms. Generate reports on expenditures, cost variance, and procurement efficiency.
