Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Handle disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner. Oversee payroll administration, processing, and management to ensure accurate payment of salaries on time. Ensure legal compliance by handling IR issues related to industrial relations, wages, and other relevant laws. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of contract labour management principles and practices under various labor laws (e.g., Factories Act). Proficiency in handling payroll administration tasks including processing payments through SAP or similar systems.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, including inventory control, material management, and stock planning. Oversee GRN (Goods Received Note) processing, inward inspection, and material receipt. Ensure accurate recording of transactions using FIFO method for inventory valuation. Coordinate with other departments for effective manpower handling and store supervision. Plan and execute store activities such as material requirement planning, stock taking, and reporting. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in general stores or related field. Proficiency in SAP SHANA system is required; knowledge of Material Management module preferred. Strong understanding of GRN process, Inward inspection, Material Receipt procedures.
