Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies. Provide feedback to product teams based on market insights and customer feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements. Track and Analyze Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Plus two or Bachelor's degree in Computer application, BBA, B-Tech Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
