Key Responsibilities Learn and understand Progressive's portfolio of IT services and solutions. Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest. Set up introductory calls and meetings for senior sales or technical teams. Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to keep the conversation active. Work with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation as needed. Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills. Required Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in business, IT, marketing, or any related field. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with clients. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Eagerness to learn about IT services, sales, and customer engagement. Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to work in a team environment. Preference is Female candidate comfortable locating in Noida.
