SAP - Techno Functional Architect – Senior Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager for the SAP Techno-Functional Architect role, responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of integrated SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions. Lead and manage the SAP team, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development. Provide strategic guidance and training to business users on SAP functionality and its interpretation. Stay current with SAP updates and new features, incorporating them into the strategy as appropriate. Drive the adoption of SAP concepts across the organization by demonstrating its value in gaining actionable insights. Work closely with the IT department to ensure proper integration of SAP with other systems. Lead data governance and security efforts within the SAP environment. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality of SAP projects Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in SAP. Successfully completed multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP. Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale SAP projects. Extensive functional and hands-on knowledge of SAP modules Competencies / Skills: Excellent knowledge of integration of SAP with other systems. Hands-on knowledge of data modeling. Strong leadership and customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members. Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables Education: Graduate from a reputed educational institution. SAP Certification (preferred). Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
