LTFinance is looking for ML OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Evaluate loan applications and determine the borrower's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loan. Assist clients in understanding loan options and provide guidance throughout the application process. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other documentation to make informed lending decisions. Determine loan terms, such as interest rates and repayment schedules, and communicate them to clients. Negotiate loan terms with clients and provide recommendations to management regarding loan approvals and denials. Build relationships with clients and ensure that all loan applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and policies. Continuously monitor loan portfolios and identify opportunities for risk management and improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Should have good knowledge of legal compliance including Factories, EPF, ESI, Employment Exchange, Gratuity, Bonus, Fire, PCB and others. *Should have good knowledge of Training Development. *Should have good knowledge of ISO, SMETA, URSA audits. *Should have good knowledge of Administration related activities. *Should have good knowledge of Payroll Handling. *Should have good knowledge of grievance handling. *Able to handle routine IR issues.

Contract Role - 6 Months Experience with Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), creating policies for allowing/blocking websites and/or specific types of content and/or applications, managing groups applying different policy sets to different groups. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying Netskope SWG policies following the production change management process is required. Alternate experience with another SWG like Zscaler can be considered. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Contract Role - 6 Months BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) expertise i.e. creation of endpoint (Mac, Windows) policies for allowing/blocking apps, approval workflows, managing groups, applying different policies to different groups, creating exception alerts, reviewing exceptions and providing approval recommendations within the BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management tool. For clarity, experience in other BeyondTrust tools like PasswordSafe PAM, Entitle is NOT sufficient. Experience with designing, documenting, implementing, testing and deploying BeyondTrust EPM policies following production change management process is required. The candidate must be an individual contributor (not a manager/team lead) with sufficient depth of experience (~5+ years) to work independently. Location - PAN India .

Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and company policies. Manage labor licenses, ESI, PF, and other statutory registrations/renewals. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR policies . Maintain employee attendance, leave records, payroll, and personnel files . Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities. 2. Vendor Management & Commercial Responsibilities: Coordinate with manpower & service vendors for workforce deployment. Verify & process vendor invoices and service bills for timely payments. Manage vendor negotiations and ensure contractual compliance . Oversee project billing & commercial documentation , including: Erection & Material Supply Bills (Advance, LC, MRC, PV, Retention). Vendor bill certification and payment processing. Conduct reconciliation of invoices before forwarding to accounts for payment. Maintain records of project billing, invoices, MOMs, and commercial reports . Attend internal commercial audits and ensure all compliance standards are met. 3. Material Management: Prepare & maintain GRN & MIN (Goods Receipt Note & Material Issue Note) . Keep records of incoming & outgoing materials at the site store. Conduct monthly material reconciliation with erection work. Manage entire store activities , including issue receipts, inventory, and dispatch. Monitor inward & outward material movement and prevent stock discrepancies. Perform periodic cyclic checks & stock reconciliation for material control. Coordinate with the Supplies/Purchase Department for timely material availability. 4. Site Administration & Employee Records Management: Site Mobilization & Closure : Set up & close site office, accommodation, and facilities. Guest House & Transport : Arrange lodging, transport, and vehicles for site employees. Record Keeping : Maintain attendance, leave, and workforce data . Asset Management : Track & record all company assets allocated to the site. 5. Liaisoning & Coordination with Local Authorities: Act as the primary contact for all labor law-related legal matters. Coordinate with local government bodies, labor officers, and compliance authorities . Liaison with Gram Panchayats, Pollution Control Boards, Police Departments , etc. Ensure smooth regulatory approvals, permits, and legal clearances . Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Management & Inventory Control: Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials at the site/store. Maintain stock registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and inventory records accurately. Conduct regular stock audits, inventory verification, and reconciliation . Ensure proper handling, stacking, and preservation of materials to prevent damage/loss. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and plan reordering accordingly. 2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material procurement. Ensure materials received comply with purchase orders, quality standards, and project specifications . Maintain purchase records, invoices, and delivery challans for audits and reporting. Manage transportation and logistics for timely material delivery to project sites. Supervise loading, unloading, and safe storage of goods at the warehouse/site. 4. Commercial & Compliance Activities: Ensure compliance with taxation, invoicing, and commercial documentation related to materials and procurement. Maintain and verify bills, purchase orders (POs), and contracts with vendors. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and negotiation of commercial terms with suppliers. Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and client specifications . 5. Reporting & Coordination: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status, material movement, and procurement activities. Coordinate with project teams, finance, and procurement departments for smooth operations. Handle discrepancies, vendor disputes, and material shortages efficiently. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5-10 years in storekeeping, material management, and commercial operations in construction, power, or renewable energy projects. Technical Knowledge: SAP, ERP, Excel, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, GST, and Taxation Compliance. Certifications: Store Management, Logistics, or Procurement (preferred). 1. Safety Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, IS Standards, and GWO (Global Wind Organisation) guidelines for wind and solar projects. Implement HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and Work Permit Systems at project sites. Conduct site safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards. 2. Risk Assessment & Control: Develop and implement risk control measures to prevent workplace hazards. Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Induction, and Work At Height Training for workers. Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols. Enforce safety measures for confined space entry, fire safety, and electrical safety at the site. 3. Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, and implement corrective actions. Maintain records of incidents, safety violations, and corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports for management review. 4. Emergency Preparedness & Fire Safety: Develop and implement emergency response plans and fire safety drills . Ensure availability and maintenance of firefighting equipment at the site. Train employees on emergency evacuation procedures and first aid. 5. Coordination & Training: Conduct safety awareness programs for employees and subcontractors. Liaise with government authorities, clients, and contractors for safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety into daily operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory ; NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred . Experience: 5-10 years in safety management in construction, power projects, renewable energy, or industrial sectors. Technical Knowledge: Safety audits, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, HIRA, JSA, Permit-to-Work System, First Aid, and Emergency Response.
