Role & responsibilities Project Leadership & Management: Independently manage all phases of large-scale utility projects (specifically 50 MWp+ electrical/solar PV projects) from site preparation through commissioning and handover. Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of quality and within design specifications. Implement robust quality control procedures for all materials and workmanship, particularly for electrical components. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution is mandatory. Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in independently managing utility-scale projects of at least 50 MWp (Mega Watt peak), particularly in the solar (PV) sector or other large-scale power generation/transmission projects.

Verify and implement the safety at contractor for proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Construction Management: Adequate Knowledge about the standards & codes (like ASME Section -VIII, Div.1, ASME B 16.5 & B31.3) of Fabrication of Static Equipment, Structure & Piping Isometrics. Review of issued mechanical construction drawings, and prepare BOQ Prepare and submit DPR (Daily Progress Report) of all mechanical execution activities in respect to contractor Manpower, Project Store material in respect to project plan. Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre- of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
