1. Job Role: Multi-Skill Trainer (Home Appliances ) Job Role Code: ELE/Q3115 (Field Technician – Home Appliances) 2. Educational Qualification: Minimum: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant technical trade. Preferred: Graduate with technical skills in consumer electronics and appliances. 3. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of industry or training experience in repair and servicing of home appliances (TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). Candidates with experience in training delivery or hands-on experience in field service will be given preference. 4. Certification Requirement: Must have TOT (Training of Trainers) Certification in ELE/Q3115 OR Willingness to undergo TOT in the specified job role. 5. Key Skills: Technical knowledge of home appliance installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. Classroom and practical training delivery. Communication and soft skills. Documentation and reporting. Ability to handle trainees from diverse backgrounds. 6. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver training as per NSQF curriculum under the ELE/Q3115 job role. Conduct theory and practical sessions effectively. Maintain training records, daily attendance, and student assessments. Ensure equipment and lab readiness. Assist in mobilization and placement activities. Coordinate with Center Head and reporting authorities.
