Key Responsibilities: 1. Housekeeping Management: Supervise daily cleaning operations across all areas of the campus/building. Ensure timely cleaning of restrooms, classrooms, offices, lobbies, and outdoor areas. Inspect cleanliness standards regularly and address any shortfalls. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage. 2. Security Oversight: Monitor performance of security personnel. Ensure safety protocols, visitor management, and access control are followed. Conduct regular security audits and report irregularities. Coordinate with external security agencies and local authorities when required. 3. Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule and oversee routine building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repair or upgrades. Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities. 4.
