We Are Urgently Seeking For The Below Position Position:- DGM - PROJECTS Location:- KALABURAGI Salary:- LPA - UPTO 12,00,000 + BONUS Experience:- 10+ years of experience in handling green field or brown field projects in manufacturing industry. Education:- BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/relevent engineering background Key Responsibilities:- Should have sound understanding of project execution and project management tools. Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new (Greenfield) or expansion (Brownfield) projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works. Finalize plot layouts, infrastructure designs, and architectural plans with consultants and internal stakeholders. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, especially in industrial setups. Familiarity with Greenfield/Brownfield project challenges, including space constraints, legacy infrastructure, and environmental remediation. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
