Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related field. M.Tech or MBA (Operations/Technology Management) is a plus. Experience: 510 years in lithium-ion battery domain, energy storage systems, or EV battery packs. Prior experience in setting up a new line/factory/assembly unit is highly preferred . Experience with battery diagnostics, repurposing, or BMS integration is a strong advantage .
