What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong 12+ years of experience in Java development, with a minimum of 3 years in post-trade operations. Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable Java applications, leveraging cloud-native technologies. In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging frameworks. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Solid understanding of concurrent programming concepts, multithreading, and parallel processing. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, and optimizing database performance for scalability. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
