Job description We are hiring an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator to run and maintain plastic extrusion machines (mono or multi-layer). If you have a strong background in plastic film production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines. Adjust machine parameters to meet product specifications (thickness, width, speed). Conduct quality checks and record production data. Perform routine machine maintenance and report malfunctions. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an extrusion machine operator (LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE films). Knowledge of blown film extrusion processes. Ability to read measurements and interpret production orders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Experience: Plastics extrusion: 5 years (Preferred) Language: Urdu/Hindi, English (Preferred)

Job description Job Summary: Lead and manage daily production operations for extrusion, mixing, cutting, printing, and converting lines (PE bags, Printed T shirts bags, Trash bags). Ensure top-quality output, safety compliance, and efficient use of materials while guiding a multicultural workforce to meet production targets. Responsible for production planning and reporting to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise production activities across extrusion, cutting, and printing. Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines and targets are met. Oversee manufacturing processes for LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE products. Enough knowledge of material mixing different techniques. Monitor quality standards and implement process improvements. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Manage, train, and evaluate production staff. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Optimize raw material usage to reduce waste. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering. 10+ years production management experience in plastics manufacturing. Strong knowledge of extrusion, cutting, printing, and polymer processing. Proven skills in production planning and reporting . Leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience: Candidate should have enough experience in PE blown film extrusion and sub products i.e PE bags, T shirt bags, Table cover, Trash bags.
