Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and guidance. Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its implementation to improve overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to the customer.
