Job Summary Reporting to the Manager of India Supply Chain and QA, identifies, evaluates, negotiates, develops, and manages supplier or vendor relationships to secure terms that are in the organizations best interest throughout the India region. Perform annual price & incoterms negotiation with suppliers. Get legal agreements signed between the company and the suppliers. Execute vendor rationalization to better manage the supply chain. Review supplier capability and capacity to make sure high running items can be delivered on time. In charge for potential new supplier audit for both QMS, C-TPAT and CSR reviewing. Drive supplier for continuous improvement for better quality and deliver by key KPIs monthly reviewing, QMS project, lean project, QCC, audit outstanding poor performance process, training suppliers of basic quality management, etc. Define the right sampling inspection standard for different products and co-operate with inspection team for inspection.
