Role: Field Sales Associate About the Role Porter is seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales/Operations Executive to help drive demand creation for our logistics services and manage a network of diverse partners of two-wheeler, Three-wheelers, and Trucks. Roles and Responsibilities: Daily field visits to acquire new partners (traders/drivers) Onboard new partners in the company's Apps. Daily follow-up to generate new orders. Ensure daily fulfillment target. Build strong relationships with partners (traders/drivers) Actively track all KPIs to improve gradually. Highlight market trends to the management. Experience: 1 -2 years in direct sales of FMCG or sales/ managing logistics partners, like Two-wheelers, Three-wheelers, and Trucks.
