Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, providing needs-based selling support to customers. Mandatory Qualifications Proven experience in a relationship management or customer service role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry. Demonstrated ability to source quality business and maintain persistency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate system updates and reporting. Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and a team player. Goal-oriented with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. High level of integrity and adherence to company policies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the insurance sector, particularly with life insurance products. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience supporting sales teams and performing needs analysis.
