Role & responsibilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES A. General Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant Mechanical discipline, Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb time management and professionalism. A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Auto CAD will be an added advance. B. Job Specific i) Maintenance Activities: Assist in routine and preventive maintenance. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures. Participate in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance best practices. ii) McMain Software Operations: Learn and assist in using McMain CMMS softwar e for maintenance planning and tracking. Support in creating, updating, and closing work orders. Assist in spare parts inventory management and reporting. Analyze maintenance data and generate performance reports. iii) Engineering Documentation & Control: Assist in maintaining and updating engineering documents like P&IDs, SOPs, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs. Support compliance with ISO standards and audit requirements. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for document control and record-keeping.
