Ensure consumption in-line with the consumables plan by optimizing utilization of the consumables Study and analyze previous day rejections to identify processes getting rejected and its subsequent causes and effects. Submit the IHR report to the Section Incharge for further analysis and planning Implement process modifications suggested by supervisor to control IHR thereby avoiding wastage of both quantity and cost Contribute to the implementation of Kaizen and initiatives suggested by ME ensuring plant is operated in compliance with best engineering practices Contribute to the review of plant operating procedures by provide inputs to modify the same to improve quality and performance of system Ensure all documents such as QMS requirements, log books, log sheets and safety documents are properly stored and maintained for future reference Ensure timely reporting and investigation for any HSSE related incident; Ensure effective and timely implementation of formulated action plan to prevent its reoccurrence Conduct timely trainings and talks for all production personnel and contract workforce on all HSSE, legal, environmental and fire compliances and management Facilitate internal / external audits and ensure compliance of all production processes to applicable environmental, health and safety policies, laws and regulations.

Tracking supplies & PPM for 3 months to ensure CD compliance Work closely with CFT to understand any QA issues in built or MFG and ensure smooth ramp up as per customer. 5. Team Management Lead team, Train them for component departmental activities, process study , Run at Rate etc. Ensure component development on track inline PM / Customer milestone.
