Dit maakt je invloed en zichtbaarheid groot in het hotel. Het personeelsbestand (circa 300 werknemers) bestaat uit een internationale groep collega’s. De voertaal in ons hotel is Engels. Wie ben jij? Daarnaast Zijn De Volgende Zaken Belangrijk Wanneer Je Besluit Te Solliciteren Je hebt meerdere posities binnen de hotellerie vervuld, bij voorkeur ook als recruiter of HR-medewerker; Je hebt een HRM-opleiding of hotelmanagementopleiding gevolgd; Je spreekt vloeiend Engels (Nederlands heeft de voorkeur); Je bent representatief, emotioneel intelligent en stapt makkelijk in een adviesrol; Je bent bekend met competency-based interviewen en weet een kandidaat te doorgronden; Je bent de specialist!
