The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, plant science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in hydroponic farming methods. You will play a key role in optimizing plant health, maximizing yields, and maintaining sustainable farming practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor hydroponic crop management plans. - Select appropriate crops and nutrients based on environmental and market factors. - Monitor plant health and diagnose issues related to diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies. - Maintain and adjust nutrient levels, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), and other environmental parameters. - Analyze data from sensors, software, and manual checks to optimize growing conditions. - Train staff or farm workers on hydroponic best practices and standard operating procedures. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and agricultural standards. - Keep accurate records of crop cycles, input usage, and harvest data.
