Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers New Acquisition Banking Partners Gather market information of potential partner, analyze partners profile and customer mix to identify best product fitment from BAGIC portfolio, assess profitability & viability assessment of partnership Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about BAGIC products/ offer them lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head Service Orientation Engage with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc. Gather relevant documents from customer post sales and submit the same to operations team; gather additional data/documents as required Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure smooth experience while working with BAGIC Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements; process & track such requests in coordination with internal ops team ; Ensure ease of process & approvals for partners by coordinating with internal Ops team Support partners to register claims on behalf of customers, coordinate to ensure approvals within agreed timelines1
