The Regional Sales Manager - North Zone is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing operations in the assigned zone. This position requires strategic planning, team management, and effective execution of sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets. Location: North Zone - J&K, H.P., PUNJAB, HARYANA, DELHI, U.P. U.K. Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : Minimum 8 year Salary : Up to 8.00 LPA (Depends on the Interview) TA/DA: Maximum 2,500 per day + local ticket reimbursement Relevant Industries Experience: Agricultural Equipment Agricultural Engine Manufacturing Drip Irrigation Submersible Pumps Pesticides Generator Sets Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10-15 marketing personnel and take full ownership of the assigned zone. Establish new distributor/dealer networks and drive sales in untapped areas, including government projects. Monitor distributor stock, orders, and scheme utilization. Conduct dealer visits independently or with ASMs and sales executives. Travel 18+ days/month; remaining days at head office/branch/depot. Track, evaluate, and guide ASMs and sales executives on performance and activities. Submit area reports, analyze monthly targets vs. achievements, and plan equipment-wise sales goals. Focus on team development and succession planning
