Calling new clients convincing the clients to appling a loans. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, offer services, or conduct surveys. Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Explain product features and services to customers and guide them through the buying process. Promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches to increase sales. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update information as needed. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed call targets, sales goals, and other KPIs. Follow up with leads and customers, ensuring that they receive the information they need. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends. Ensure that all calls are made in a polite, professional, and persuasive manner.
