Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models for robotics and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Robotics, Embedded, Software) to integrate AI models into real-time robotic systems. Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles – from data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Optimize models for performance and real-time inference on edge devices. Research and implement novel algorithms and techniques from recent AI/ML publications. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions. Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring robustness and accuracy over time. Required Skills: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and computer vision. Hands-on experience with AI model deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, Docker, etc.). Experience with data pipelines, data augmentation, and annotation tools. Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design. Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), edge computing, or real-time inference is a strong plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Robotics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML with successful project deliveries. Publications in top AI/ML conferences (optional but desirable). Why Join Us?
