Omdat er steeds meer activiteiten in Noord-Holland plaatsvinden of moeten gaan vinden is ons streven naar dat doel ook ruimtelijk gezien een grote uitdaging. Plannen voor woningbouw, nieuwe industrie, festivals en industrie worden in hoog tempo gemaakt. Deze plannen kunnen mogelijk een bedreiging vormen voor natuur, landschap en milieu. Maar soms worden de duurzame initiatieven – zoals voedselbossen, circulaire bedrijven of zonneparken – ook belemmerd door complexe regels van de overheid. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Juridisch Adviseur Bewonersparticipatie die ons en onze lid-organisaties helpt om de complexe overheidsregels voor ons te laten werken. Wat ga je doen? Iedere week wordt MNH gebeld of gemaild door burgers of bewonersgroepen met vragen, zoals: Er wordt een groot zwembad, met in de omgeving allerlei fun-activiteiten, gepland in een natuurgebied. Wat kan ik daartegen doen? Ze willen in mijn straat bomen gaan kappen, kan dat zo maar? Er is een plan voor woningbouw vlakbij een natuurgebied, maar dat kan toch niet vanwege stikstof? Er komt een kassencomplex met heel veel lichtuitstraling, de gemeente zegt dat het volgens de regels kan, klopt dat? Ik heb steeds meer overlast van de industrie in mijn omgeving, het stinkt en ik zie dumpingen in het water; wat kan ik doen? Als juridisch adviseur maak je mensen wegwijs in het doolhof van regels en procedures. Je legt uit welke stappen ze kunnen zetten en/of bij welke instanties of personen ze moeten zijn. Of hoe je een bezwaar, beroepschrift of handhavingsverzoek opstelt. Daarnaast geef je aan collega’s juridische ondersteuning en advies bij tal van projecten: Schiphol, PFAS en chemische vervuiling, burgerparticipatie bij de energietransitie, voedselbossen, lobby-activiteiten bij overheden of andere onderwerpen op het gebied van de fysieke leefomgeving en duurzaamheid. Ook juridische ondersteuning van de directie en de Raad van Toezicht, op basis van de Statuten van de vereniging, behoort tot je takenpakket. Wat neem je mee? Dit zijn wij De Natuur en Milieufederaties is in iedere provincie actief en heeft een uitgebreid netwerk in de samenleving. We zijn dé organisatie die samen met betrokken inwonersgroepen in het hele land de belangen behartigt van natuur en milieu. Vanuit de 12 Natuur- en Milieufederaties (NMF’s) versterken we deze groepen en vertegenwoordigen we ze op het landelijk toneel. Dit is de opdracht Met behulp van een kwalitatief onderzoek willen we inzicht krijgen in de ruim 1.200 burgerinitiatieven in ons netwerk om erachter te komen hoe we ze aan de NMF’s kunnen blijven binden en hoe we de groepen kunnen versterken en verbreden (meer diversiteit). De Opdracht Bestaat Uit Kwalitatief onderzoek doen naar ons huidige netwerk om verwachtingen en behoeftes van deze groepen in kaart te brengen. De aanbevelingen uit dit onderzoek bundelen in een adviesdocument om de binding & versterking van de burgerinitiatieven in ons netwerk te verbeteren. Een pilot opzetten om de potentie te toetsen voor groei en meer diversiteit. Dit ben jij Je volgt een hbo/wo studie, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van communicatie, marketing, sociologie, informatie- of organisatiewetenschappen. Je zoekt een stageplek voor een (afstudeer)onderzoek. Jij wil de stageopdracht in 2025 uitvoeren. De duur en startmoment zijn wat ons betreft bespreekbaar. Je hebt affiniteit met natuur en milieu. Meewerkstage voor minimaal 3 maanden De Natuur en Milieufederaties biedt een leerzame en afwisselende stageplek aan met goede begeleiding. In de werkzaamheden is geen dag bij ons hetzelfde. Campagnes, social media, pers, digitale nieuwsbrieven, websites, filmen, researchen, interviews doen, flyers maken en meer. Alle facetten van het communicatievak komen dagelijks bij ons langs en eigen ideeën worden op prijs gesteld. We zijn gevestigd in het centrum van Utrecht, op loopafstand van het station en we hebben lekkere fairtradekoffie. Schuif jij bij ons aan? Wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak. Wat zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een creatieve hbo-stagiair, die sterk is in social media, lekker vlot kan schrijven en dol is op het creëren van content. Werkzaamheden Tijdens deze meewerkstage help je mee met alle uitvoerende taken. Er zijn werkzaamheden te doen op onze websites en social mediakanalen. Samen met een collega zet je een online strategie op. Daarnaast kun je samen met een andere stagiair af en toe op pad voor een interview. Dit zijn wij De Natuur en Milieufederaties is in iedere provincie actief en heeft een uitgebreid netwerk in de samenleving. We zijn dé organisatie die samen met betrokken inwonersgroepen in het hele land de belangen behartigt van natuur en milieu. Vanuit de 12 Natuur- en Milieufederaties (NMF’s) versterken we deze groepen en vertegenwoordigen we ze op het landelijk toneel. Dit is de opdracht Met behulp van een kwalitatief onderzoek willen we inzicht krijgen in de ruim 1.200 burgerinitiatieven in ons netwerk om erachter te komen hoe we ze aan de NMF’s kunnen blijven binden en hoe we de groepen kunnen versterken en verbreden (meer diversiteit). De Opdracht Bestaat Uit Kwalitatief onderzoek doen naar ons huidige netwerk om verwachtingen en behoeftes van deze groepen in kaart te brengen. De aanbevelingen uit dit onderzoek bundelen in een adviesdocument om de binding & versterking van de burgerinitiatieven in ons netwerk te verbeteren. Een pilot opzetten om de potentie te toetsen voor groei en meer diversiteit. Dit ben jij Je volgt een hbo/wo studie, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van communicatie, marketing, sociologie, informatie- of organisatiewetenschappen. Je zoekt een stageplek voor een (afstudeer)onderzoek. Jij wil de stageopdracht in 2025 uitvoeren. De duur en startmoment zijn wat ons betreft bespreekbaar. Je hebt affiniteit met natuur en milieu. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet wanneer je om hulp moet vragen (en krijgt dit uiteraard ook). Dit krijg je Een mooie opdracht waar je je volledig op kunt focussen. Een fijn team om je heen van zowel inhoudelijke experts als communicatiecollega’s. Een flexibele werkplek, waarbij thuiswerken en werken op kantoor beide mogelijk zijn (standplaats Utrecht).
