The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic foundation, industry experience, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting students in practical and theoretical aspects of culinary education. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and demonstrations in culinary arts at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels. Develop, revise, and enrich curriculum content in line with industry standards and academic best practices. Supervise student internships, live kitchen training, and culinary research projects. Actively participate in departmental activities including admissions, academic planning, and institutional events. Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and participation in conferences or seminars. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized university. Candidates with a Ph.D. degree will be given more preference. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and in accordance with institutional norms.
