You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimize performance, and play a pivotal role in lead generation and conversion. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels. Implement demand generation strategies aimed at increasing qualified leads and securing sales demos. Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize based on insights, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-4 years experience in performance marketing and demand generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of successfully running digital campaigns that drive lead generation and demo bookings. Proficiency in using performance marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and optimization. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
