Ensure compliance with domestic tax structures (GST, duties, etc.) and international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, export documentation, LC handling). Handle banking transactions related to both domestic and export sales, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees and other financial instruments. Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes in both local and global markets. Develop strong relationships with domestic and international clients, agents, and distributors. Manage post-sales processes, including payment collection, dispute resolution, claims, PVC documents and claims, if any and contract execution & closing.
