Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at PKS Events located in Bhubaneshwar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing growth strategies. The role will involve sales planning, market research, and achieving revenue targets. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and the event industry. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured training period, during which they will learn the essentials of business development, client management, and event coordination.
