We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or mutual funds. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and other financial institutions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro finance products, including MLAP and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI industry.
