We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and other investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
