We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages or sales roles. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in micro mortgages or sales roles. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
