We are looking for a skilled Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or personal banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements. A graduate degree is required for this position.
