We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in liabilities, branch banking, or business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with financial products and services is an added advantage. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
