We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our organization as Deputy General Manager (DGM) / General Manager (GM) – Marketing. This senior role will drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives. Lead brand management, communications, digital marketing, and campaign initiatives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation. Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across regions and business lines. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align marketing efforts with sales and operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Significant leadership experience in marketing roles, ideally in a dynamic, multi-market environment. Strong track record in developing successful marketing strategies and driving brand growth. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
