Positions are as follows: Role & responsibilities Multiple positions. see individual responsibilities in Profile section Preferred candidate profile Business development manager / BDM : who can establish contact with client. Make the company as prime vendor. Accounts Manager: Who can deal with Clients and prime vendors, screen candidates and submit resumes to clients/prime vendors, schedule interviews and make job placement. Recruiters/Sales: Who can source strong candidates and submit resumes to accounts manager; Bench recruiters: Who can place bench candidates in Job market.
