Job Title :Senior EAI Full Stack Developer

Location : Hyderabad.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration services as part of our EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) team. This role focuses on building robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) while leveraging modern DevSecOps, event-driven, and microservices architectures. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of integration microservices and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Kafka

Architect and implement real-time, event-driven workflows across GCP services (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Tasks)

Guide and mentor junior/mid-level developers on best practices in code quality, testing, and secure API design

Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, DevOps, and support engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions

Drive quality through comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using GitLab

Own performance tuning, logging, and monitoring of services using observability tools

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and compliance

Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, reviews, and technical design discussions

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

6+ years of full stack or backend development experience, ideally in enterprise integration or middleware environments

Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with strong understanding of asynchronous patterns and API design

Strong hands-on experience with Kafka (Confluent preferred) and KSQL

Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Tasks, and Cloud Functions

Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, and DevSecOps best practices

Proficiency with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Gloo API Gateway or similar gateway technologies

Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)

Comfortable working in an open-source development environment with tools like Git, YAML, and VS Code

Strong communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
