Job Opening: Sweet Maker (Mithai Specialist) / Halwai

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sweet Maker (Mithai Specialist) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of traditional Indian sweets and desserts, with a keen eye for taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook various traditional Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Peda, Ladoo, Jalebi, etc.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
• Manage ingredients and inventory for sweet-making.
• Experiment with new recipes and contribute creative ideas.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during festive seasons.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sweet Maker or Mithai Chef.
• Knowledge of various Indian sweet recipes and preparation methods.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with fusion sweets or regional specialties is a plus.
