You’ll play a vital backend role in managing job postings, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining platform quality. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a fast-paced HR Tech startup. Key Responsibilities: - Source job listings from trusted portals and internal channels - Validate job accuracy before posting (company details, location, legitimacy) - Log into the admin dashboard using secure credentials - Post job listings with complete and accurate details (Job title, employer, location, salary, job type, etc.) - Categorize job types (Walk-in / Remote / Regular) - Mark listings Active/Inactive based on status - Update profile details and login credentials securely - Ensure hygiene, consistency, and credibility across listings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
