Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Noida. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing sales reports. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Representative will participate in sales meetings and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field Strong negotiation and presentation skills Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
