About the Role

We are seeking an experienced JMeter Performance Tester with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in performance testing tools, and the ability to identify system bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter.
• Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance Testing, and Scalability Testing.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks in application performance and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc. (as applicable).
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and workload models.
• Execute performance tests across APIs, web applications, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements.
• Ensure performance testing best practices and standards are followed.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Apache JMeter (minimum 3 years).
• Solid understanding of performance testing concepts and KPIs (Latency, Throughput, Hits/sec, Errors, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing (Jenkins/GitLab CI preferred).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Java, Groovy, or Python).
• Familiarity with protocols like HTTP/S, REST APIs, WebSockets.
• Experience in using APM tools (New Relic/AppDynamics/Splunk/Grafana).
• Good understanding of SQL and ability to analyze database performance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
