Key Responsibilities Lead the formulation and development of new spice blends, seasonings, and related food products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities. Oversee recipe formulation, testing, refinement, and sensory evaluation processes. Manage product quality testing, shelf-life assessments, and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality raw materials. Work closely with production, QA, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP , and other food safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of recipes, trials, and testing procedures. Optimize product formulations for cost, flavor, shelf-life, and scalability . Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team to meet project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science , or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development (spices/FMCG preferred). Expertise in flavor science, sensory evaluation, and food safety compliance . Strong project management and leadership abilities. Creative approach with a passion for culinary innovation. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing greenhouse and outdoor plant operations, ensuring optimal plant growth, quality, and yield while adhering to best agricultural practices. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day greenhouse and outdoor plant cultivation operations. Develop and execute planting schedules in line with seasonal and market demands. Monitor and manage irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs. Supervise, train, and mentor horticultural staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards. Introduce and implement innovative cultivation techniques to improve yield and plant quality. Conduct regular farm visits to assess plant health and recommend suitable crops, flowers, or fruits based on local climatic conditions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and agricultural regulations. Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Agriculture , or a related field.
